Refund policy

At Gentle Beginnings, every product is chosen with you and your baby in mind. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right. 💛

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Email gentleebeginnings@gmail.com to start a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return we will notify you within 3 business days. If approved your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a free replacement or full refund — no return needed.

For hygiene and safety reasons the following cannot be returned once opened:

∙ Postpartum recovery products

∙ Herbal teas

∙ Nursing pads

∙ Belly balm

• heating pad (once used)

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only.

We are a small mama-owned business and we genuinely care about every order.
