Where We Ship:
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Times:
∙ Standard shipping: 5-10  days after shipment
∙ Some products may arrive sooner depending on location
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates:
∙ Orders under $35: $5.99 flat rate
∙ Orders over $35: FREE shipping 🌿
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Orders:
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days please contact us at gentleebeginnings@gmail.com and we will resolve it immediately
